Dear visitor,

I gather you're here because you like to see beauty.

Just like a photographer like me, you too find beauty in different places.

Be that in abandoned houses, ruins, on vacant streets, in the look of a stranger, in all the forgotten corners of a city or in any place that barely welcomes a visitor.

Yes?

We're kindred spirits then.

What I find on my daily walks and random travels is never what I expect.

In that unexpected element lies the beauty.

Hidden at first, but then seen by eyes like ours.

I'm an amateur photographer from Zagreb without school certifications or any art education.

That doesn't worry me.

I didn't set out to become a photographer and earn my living purely from the work I try to sell here.

"Try" here is a good word, though.

In all the years of me displaying works of photography, I barely had any financial gain from them.

A real artist never wants a gain of that sort.

I like to think that it's the process that matters.

The state you're in when you take the shot and the state you're brought into when you look at it days after the documenting happened.

These photographs are out there, in front of you to enjoy.

If you happen to be so fond of them that you'd like them for yourself, you're welcome to order them as prints or photowallapers in the dimensions I'm offering.

I'm sending prints by post or I can deliver them personally -if you happen to live in the city where I create. That's in Zagreb, Croatia.

I'm an

amateur photographer living in Zagreb Croatia

I work with my NIKON DSLR, now a rather old model, semi-professional.

I also own a Yashica and a Chinon analogue photo camera.

Mostly, I tend to take my mobile phone with a LEICA lens. It's much lighter then carrying my DSLR around.

And a Leica never dissapoints.

no post-production or extra meddling with the photos that I take

I don't like to do any postproduction or additional meddling with the photographs that I take.

I like to just leave it as it is. A crop only is enough.

Or I can switch from colour to black and white, if I see that the photo taken would be better in black and white, and I have no other opportunity to take a second shot.
